Discover how JIPA guides you through every stage of treatment with clarity and care. Each milestone reflects our commitment to personalized, compassionate, and well-coordinated care.

Introduction & Registration

We welcome the patient to JIPA, collect medical and personal information, and note preferences to begin personalized care coordination.

Care Plan Assessment (CPA)

Our Medical Director reviews the patient’s records and works with current doctors to assess the case and identify the best facility and specialists.

Plan of Care with Estimate (POCe)

We vet providers that meet the patient’s medical needs, facility criteria, and personal preferences. Then, we present a clear treatment plan with options, estimated costs, and potential risks.

Choose Your Treatment Plan

Patients (and families or payors) select the treatment option that best fits their needs, budget, and timeline.

Admissions & Appointments

We handle the complete coordination of hospital admissions and medical appointments, making sure everything is aligned with the patient’s availability and treatment plan.

Hospitality Management

JIPA arranges hotel accommodations and transportation to and from appointments. We also offer concierge-style support to ensure a stress-free experience.

Case Management During Treatment

Our team stays in close contact with the patient and providers throughout care, monitoring progress, collecting medical records, and managing updates in real-time.

Reconciliation & Follow-Up

After treatment, we review the medical and financial aspects of the case, reconcile costs, and determine if further care or follow-up as needed.
