Founded in 2012, JIPA Network is a physician-led healthcare coordination network with access to over 300,000 providers across the U.S., the Caribbean, and Latin America. We specialize in navigating complex, cross-border medical cases, ensuring every patient receives care that is timely, cost-effective, and delivered with clarity and compassion.

Origin story of Dr. Nedd (Grenada roots)

At the heart of JIPA Network’s mission and vision is Dr. Kester Nedd, a board-certified neurologist with over 30 years of clinical experience and a pioneer in international healthcare solutions for the Caribbean and Latin America.

Born and raised in Grenada, Dr. Nedd witnessed firsthand the challenges many Caribbean patients face in accessing timely, high-quality medical care. Driven by a deep commitment to transforming healthcare across the region, JIPA Network was founded to build a more efficient, connected, and compassionate system of care. Under his leadership, JIPA has grown into a physician-led organization delivering value-based healthcare solutions that prioritize quality, access, and continuity for patients throughout their medical journey.
