Our Medical Director reviews the patient’s records and works with current doctors to assess the case and identify the best facility and specialists.
Plan of Care with Estimate (POCe)
We vet providers that meet the patient’s medical needs, facility criteria, and personal preferences. Then, we present a clear treatment plan with options, estimated costs, and potential risks.
Choose Your Treatment Plan
Patients (and families or payors) select the treatment option that best fits their needs, budget, and timeline.
Admissions & Appointments
We handle the complete coordination of hospital admissions and medical appointments, making sure everything is aligned with the patient’s availability and treatment plan.
