F rancesca Narvaez is the Vice President of Latin American Operations for the JIPA Network. Francesca has extensive experience in social behavior, social institutions and interactions of groups. Before joining JIPA Network Francesca served as an Advisor for the General Command of the Military Forces in Colombia. Aside from Francesca’s responsibilities as Vice President of Operations for Latin America, she also runs Operations for Design NeuroScience Center. Francesca also heads up the Operations International Consulting Medical Group under the Design Neuroscience Center.
Francesca attended the National University of Colombia, General Command of the Military Forces School of War in Bogota, Colombia before moving to the United States. Fracesca resides in the Miami area with her husband and daughter
