Miami, Florida – March 16th, 2026 — Hospiten, an international healthcare network, and JIPA Network LLC have formalized a strategic collaboration designed to enhance international patient access and strengthen coordinated healthcare delivery across the Caribbean, Europe, Latin America, West Africa, and the United States.

The agreement establishes a structured pathway through which JIPA Network will facilitate and coordinate appropriate international patient referrals to Hospiten’s hospital network, while expanding access for patients who require highly specialized or tertiary care services across multiple regions.

Hospiten is a leading international healthcare network with more than 55 years of experience and twenty medical-hospital centers across Spain (Canary Islands, Andalucía and Madrid), the Dominican Republic (Santo Domingo and Punta Cana), Mexico (Cancún, Playa del Carmen, Puerto Vallarta, San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas), Panama City, and Jamaica (Montego Bay). Known for its commitment to clinical excellence and international patient services, Hospiten combines advanced medical technology, highly trained clinical teams, and comprehensive concierge coordination to support patients traveling across borders for care.

JIPA Network, headquartered in the United States, operates as a global healthcare coordination and advisory platform dedicated to improving the efficiency, transparency, and effectiveness of cross-border medical care in the Caribbean, Latin America, and West Africa. Through its international network of hospitals, physicians, and specialty centers, JIPA works with patients, insurers, ministries of health, and healthcare institutions to streamline referrals, reduce delays, and improve outcomes for complex medical cases.

Together, the two organizations aim to address a growing global reality: patients increasingly require coordinated access to specialized care beyond their home country, yet healthcare systems often lack reliable and structured pathways to facilitate those transitions. This collaboration is designed to help close that gap.

Through the partnership, JIPA Network will support the identification, preparation, and coordination of appropriate cases for evaluation and treatment within Hospiten’s international facilities. Hospiten, in turn, will evaluate each case and provide detailed clinical proposals, ensuring that patients and referring health systems receive clear medical guidance and treatment plans.

For health systems across the Caribbean—where many countries rely on overseas referrals for specialized medical services—this collaboration offers a more organized and regionally accessible pathway for tertiary and specialized care. In Latin America and Europe, the agreement strengthens existing patient corridors and enhances continuity of care. In West Africa and other emerging healthcare markets, it introduces a scalable referral framework capable of supporting increasing demand for advanced medical services. In the United States, it further expands structured options within JIPA’s global coordination network.

The collaboration is non-exclusive and designed to preserve the independence and regulatory compliance of both organizations while creating a shared platform for improved patient coordination and system-level efficiency.

Pedro Luis Cobiella Beauvais, CEO of Hospiten, emphasized the importance of building strong international bridges in healthcare.

“For more than five decades, Hospiten has been committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across international markets. This collaboration with JIPA Network enhances our ability to serve patients who require coordinated cross-border care. By aligning our clinical infrastructure with JIPA’s global coordination expertise, we are strengthening healthcare access across multiple regions.”

Dr. Kester Nedd, CEO of JIPA Network, highlighted the broader system-level impact of the agreement.

“Cross-border healthcare must be deliberate, transparent, and patient-focused. Our partnership with Hospiten reflects a shared commitment to improving not only individual patient experiences, but also the way health systems collaborate internationally. By creating structured referral pathways, we can reduce inefficiencies, improve access to specialized care, and deliver better outcomes for patients across multiple regions.”

As global healthcare continues to evolve, partnerships such as this represent a shift toward coordinated international networks capable of supporting patients wherever specialized care may be needed. Hospiten and JIPA Network view this collaboration as a foundation for long-term cooperation, clinical excellence, and sustainable cross-border health system strengthening.
